Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email email@example.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If we approve your request for a refund, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. If you have not received a refund within 14 days of us notifying you by email that your request for a refund has been accepted, please contact your bank or credit card company in the first instance as there is often a delay in processing payments before a refund is posted. If you have taken these steps and still not received a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will look into the matter as a matter of urgency.
Items cannot be returned if they have been opened.
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also cannot refund the original delivery and handling that you paid on the order.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for another item the same, please contact us at email@example.com and send your item to: Amal’s Pantry, 3 St Marys Close, Prestwich, Manchester, M25 1XT, United Kingdom.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to “Amal’s Pantry, 3 St Marys Close, Prestwich, Manchester M25 1XT”.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
