Coconut & coriander marinated chicken


 

Ingredients:

whole chicken thighs 8

4 tbsp Basbas Coconut & Coriander

1 tbsp olive oil

1tbsp lemon juice

1tbsp honey

1tsp salt

 

Preheat the oven to 180C.

Combine Basbas with the olive oil, lemon juice, honey and salt in a bowl and stir well.

Place the chicken in a container and pour the marinade over, then mix so that all the chicken has been covered. Seal and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or ideally overnight.

Roast the chicken in the oven for 35-45 minutes. Serve with rice and more Basbas sauce for toping.
